Freight:
Goods will usually be sent within 24 hours from receipt of cleared payment, freight is by registered mail through Austalia Post or Toll Priority, for items less than 3kg. it will be delivered Express to you the next day if your in a metropolitan area or major regional location.
Insurance is available at buyer's expence. Freight over 3kg. will be quoted and usually 2-3 days for delivery to major locations.
Freight is within Australia only.
Returns:
If in the rare case that your product does develop a fault, we can assist you with returning to manufacturer, or if you prefer, to our store so we can process the warranty claim for you. All warranty claims require a proof of purchase.
We will NOT replace an item or provide a refund if:
- You purchased an item you no longer want
- You purchased an incorrect item
- You damaged an item after you received it
